Shipping and Returns

When will it arrive?

Two steps, and they add up. We print and ship your piece in 1 to 3 business days. Once it leaves the shop, delivery takes another 3 to 7 working days depending on where you are.

Buying for a date? Count both windows and give yourself room. We will not promise a delivery day we do not control, but that is the window we see.

What shipping costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How it ships

Boxed flat, with the magnetic mount kit and a one page hanging guide in the same box.

If it arrives damaged

Photograph the box and the piece and write to the desk through the contact page. We replace damaged panels.

Returns

Sixty days, no questions. If it is not what you wanted, if it turned up damaged, or if you simply changed your mind, write to us and we will sort it out. You do not need a reason and you do not need to argue for it.

Damaged in transit is on us, always. Send a photo so we can chase the carrier, keep the packaging if you still have it, and we will replace the piece or refund you, whichever you prefer.
