Two steps, and they add up. We print and ship your piece in 1 to 3 business days. Once it leaves the shop, delivery takes another 3 to 7 working days depending on where you are.
Buying for a date? Count both windows and give yourself room. We will not promise a delivery day we do not control, but that is the window we see.

Photograph the box and the piece and write to the desk through the contact page. We replace damaged pieces.
Fifteen days from delivery. If it is not what you wanted, write to us with your order number within 15 days of delivery and we will send you a return authorization and the address. The piece comes back unused, undamaged and in its packaging; return shipping is yours to arrange and pay, tracked. Refunds go to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Damaged in transit is on us, always. Send a photo of the piece and the box within 7 days, keep the packaging if you still have it, and we will replace the piece or refund you, whichever you prefer.
