These terms govern your use of www.gamedaypages.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make from Game Day Pages ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We sell wall pieces printed with reproductions of newspaper front pages and related designs: 12 x 18 inch front pages, 15 inch championship circles, 9 x 24 inch pennants, and collections of the three. Each piece is printed to order. Colors, sharpness and finish vary slightly from piece to piece and from what your screen shows; that variation is part of a printed product and is not a defect. Room photographs on the Site show the pieces at their true size in a setting; the setting itself is illustrative.
Game Day Pages is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any sports league, team, athlete, university or newspaper. Team, league and publication names appear on the Site only to identify the edition a piece depicts. All trademarks remain the property of their owners.
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, run or end offers, and correct pricing or listing errors at any time, including after you order; if a price was wrong when you ordered, we will offer you the correct price or a full refund before shipping. An order is accepted when we ship it, and we may decline or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, address problems or unavailability, with a full refund. Automatic discounts and collection pricing apply as shown at checkout; they cannot be combined with codes unless stated.
A Complete Collection, including one you build yourself from any front page, pennant and circle, is sold as one product at one price. Its pieces are not returnable individually; the collection is returned as a whole under our Refund Policy.
The Site, its layout, photography, text, design system and code are ours or used with permission and are protected by law. You may browse and buy; you may not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell or make commercial use of any part of the Site or its images without our written permission.
You agree to give accurate information, to use the Site only for lawful personal purchases, and not to interfere with the Site, probe its security, submit false orders or chargebacks, or use automated tools to access it. We may suspend access for misuse.
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy; returns by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave. Please check the address before you pay.
Our pieces mount with the hardware supplied. Follow the instructions included and on the Site. Check that the wall surface is clean, dry and sound before mounting, and keep pieces away from heat, moisture and direct sun. We are not responsible for damage to walls, surfaces or property arising from mounting, removal or use.
Except as stated in our Refund Policy, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. Some states do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the Site or a purchase. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned.
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our owners, staff and partners harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site or a product.
If you have a problem, write to us first at contact@gamedaypages.com; most issues are settled that way within a few days. Any dispute that cannot be settled informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the state where we are organized, and not in court or by class action, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of your first order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Game Day Pages is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these terms.
These terms, with the Refund, Shipping and Privacy Policies, are the whole agreement between us. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. We may update these terms; the version on the Site at the time you order applies to that order.
